I get a call (It was my wake-up-call!) in the morning from Robby Griffin letting me know that the tree removal guys are at the site. I rushed to get out to the site before too much cutting had happened so I could get pictures. I had to call Janina to come out there with me. (I was her wake-up-call.) We got some really nice pictures. Later Morgan, Ashley, and Shannon came out there. Mike made it just as the big pine in front was coming down. It was exciting to see. The guys thought we were wierd for being so excited about tree cutting. Some of us just don't see trees getting cut down very ofter....I'm from the big city. New Orleans = very little trees.
Wednesday was the AIAS chapter Christmas party. We had a round of Dirty Santa and I ended up with an Earth, Wind, and Fire Super Hits CD. It's AMAZING! I had to steal it from Brandy who stole it from another guy, who stole it from someone else.
Thursday was a work day out on the site cleaning up the brush and remaining trunks. I would have been out there but I was up until 5 am the night before, so I slept in... even missing my 10 am History Class.
Friday is now only 2 hours away.
